  • FREE Vancouver pet food or pet supplies delivery for all orders above $50 subtotal in ZONE 1 (within red boundary) and 
  • FREE Vancouver pet food or pet supplies delivery for all orders above $80 subtotal within ZONE 2 (between the red and blue boundary). We are one of the few pet stores that deliver to North Vancouver and West Vancouver.
  • FREE Vancouver pet food or pet supplies delivery for all orders above $100 subtotal within ZONE 3 (between the blue and green boundary). We now provide pet food delivery to Richmond.

 

DELIVERY TIME

All pet supplies and raw dog food delivery for Vancouver are made on Tuesday and Friday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Thursday from 1:00pm to 6:00pm unless specified.

The latest we can accommodate same day orders is by 9 AM of that delivery day unless we have reached the delivery quota for that day. 

DELIVERY LOGISTICS (Important)

It is best if you have someone at home to receive orders containing frozen raw dog food products.

  • We'll text to notify you of the approximate time we will drop off your dog food or cat food. Please keep in mind that for a small business, we will not be able to have a pinpoint delivery time.  
  • If you can’t have someone at home during the delivery time, we suggest you leave a cooler/ insulated box at the door or with your concierge to keep the frozen raw pet food cold. 
  • Please leave us a note during the web check out to let us know where to leave the order. NOTE THAT we are not responsible for any product theft or damage if the order is left unattended at your address.

Free Canada-wide and USA shipping on Orders $50+ for eligible products

Moonlight Natural Pet Store is pleased to offer free Canada-wide and US shipping with orders $50+ CAD for eligible products that fall within the following categories: Dog collars, Dog leashes, Cat Accessories, & some Pet Lovers gifts.

Please allow 2-7 business days shipping time for our shipping vendors to get your pet their new styling pet product. We will include a tracking number by email where possible so you can track your shipment. 

For pet supplies or products that are Flat-Rate Shippable, we offer $10 flat shipping, anywhere in Canada and the USA. The flat rate shipping does not apply to other "non flat rate shippable" items in the cart. Dog Carriers, Dog Beds and the Buddyrider have a flat-rate shipping of $15 as they are heavier items. 

If you have a mix of Free USA and Canada-wide shipping items in your cart and pet products that are Flat-Rate Shippable that you will be charged the flat-rate based on the item with highest flat-rate.

Returns & Exchanges

Moonlight Natural Pet Store is pleased to accept returns, exchanges and in-store credits within 14 days of purchase with original receipts (itemized receipt AND credit/debit card receipt) for accessories and supplies in clean condition, original packaging, and tags attached.

For mail exchanges/ returns, please ship it back to us as we are a small business and cannot absorb those costs.

  • For an exchange, we'll refund your returned item and credit the refund to your new purchase size. However, to ship back to you, it will incur a flat-rate shipping again, which we subsidize also as Canada Post charges more than our flat rate shipping fee.
  • In the case of a return, we'd be happy to refund you for only the item returned.

Special cases

  • For the Buddyrider, no refunds or exchanges on opened boxes for safety and liability reasons. Please feel free to try our store model in Vancouver first.
  • For raw pet food, please ask us for samples first before purchasing. We will make every effort to try to provide a sample and if we don't have it will suggest an alternative. The following bulk raw pet food (usually box/ packaging over 6 lb) returns will not be accepted by our suppliers if you do not try samples or a bag first: Carnivora, Natural Instincts, K-9 Choice, irRAWsistible, Mega Dog, Spring Meadows and BC's Best -- Please try samples first! Please keep in mind that raw bulk dog food or raw bulk cat food implies a commitment that your dog or cat likes the food and will be able to consume it.
